Jiangsu Lizhiyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a large-scale centralized bag-making center under Lisha Mushroom Industry, located in the Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park of Guannan County. It currently has about 130 employees, with an average age of 38. Among them, there are 2 with master's degrees, 19 with college degrees or above, 2 with intermediate and senior engineer titles, and 4 assistant engineers.The processes of mixing materials, making bags and inoculation have all been mechanized, specialized and automated. The daily production capacity can reach 400,000 bags. The strong and stable production capacity has always ranked among the top in the country, and it has the ability to provide long-term and stable mushroom bags to centralized fruiting bases and surrounding farmers.

Advanced technological processes: 

The company established an edible fungi research and development engineering technology center in 2021. The Engineering Technology Center is led by Director Zheng Shidong, an expert in the edible fungi industry. Director Zheng majored in edible fungi as an undergraduate. For nearly 20 years after graduation, he has been dedicated to the edible fungi industry, publishing 2 papers and obtaining 3 invention patents. Through team research and experiments, he successfully increased the yield per unit area of Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus ostreatus by more than 30%. The Engineering Technology Center has recruited over 20 professional and technical personnel, including 2 with intermediate and senior professional titles, 14 with junior professional titles, 3 with master's degrees, and 16 with college degrees or above. 

The company has achieved a balanced nutrition of the mushroom bags and a highly consistent synchronization of mushroom production by introducing raw material proportioning, crushing and stirring control systems, fully automatic bag-making systems, and inoculation systems. This has improved the quality and efficiency of bag-making and inoculation, and increased the yield per unit area of the mushroom bags.

The company has always attached great importance to quality construction and has respectively passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and the ISO22000 food safety management system. It has been awarded titles such as "Green Product", "Famous Product of Jiangsu Province" and "Famous Product of Lianyungang City". Adhering to the concepts of "green" and "environmental protection", Jiangsu Lisha's edible fungi, from raw material processing to packaging and fruiting, from packaging and storage to transportation and sales, do not use chemical fertilizers or other preparations throughout the entire process. Although the growth cycle has been extended, labor and production costs have increased, and corporate profits have decreased, solid craftsmanship ensures that the products are "zero preservatives and zero pesticide residues".

In recent years, the company has been actively promoting the construction and operation of the financial system, production system and OA system, and has achieved certain results in digital construction. The next step is to debug the visualization system for work safety.

Replication model:

The company has unified its basic systems, selected production management personnel, technicians, operators and managers to form project teams, trained the team's collaborative combat capabilities, improved project planning capabilities, and proposed professional solutions for factories and equipment. The company's foreign trade team has achieved a complete set of industrial output for edible fungus factories, including planning and construction, equipment and facility commissioning, product fruition, and technical guidance. The export products and services to the United States and Canada are becoming increasingly stable. The Turkish project has signed a cooperation agreement and is currently carrying out preliminary work such as planning and design, equipment and facilities, and bacterial stick tests.
